Copywriter
Following its acquisition of First Data, Fiserv faced the enormous global challenge of incorporating the First Data business, teams, services and products into the Fiserv brand under one coherent umbrella.
Covering the EMEA markets, I was brought in to help integrate First Data and Fiserv teams and processes through clear communications, from writing internal newsletters, updates and community emails to scripting speeches for international Town Halls from the CEO.
The initial comms plan was thrown into disarray by covid. Thanks to Fiserv’s status as an essential service provider, my focus had to quickly switch to delivering clear, concise process updates on the constantly changing situation to teams across EMEA.
My initial contract was extended to take on wider copywriting duties including customer comms, advertorials and a full web rewrite for its UK Clover payments business.
